PCP Advisory Board
PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER ADVISORY FOR THE ASSESSMENT CLINICS
We want you! The Georgia Memory Net (GMN) seeks Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to join our Primary Care Advisory Committee.
PCPs can offer Georgia Memory Net their perspectives that will help us partner to improve care for Georgians living with Alzheimer’s Disease or related dementia. As GMN leads, we seek advice, guidance, and support to enhance GMN - Primary Care partnerships. Desired input and feedback includes topics such as educational offerings and improving communication processes for our statewide program.
PC advisors will receive surveys via email and an invitation to one online meeting per year. Several health systems, including Emory Primary Care, allow for incentives for leadership service on statewide boards. GMN will provide an attestation letter for completed service that can be used in support of incentive pay.
Please consider joining the Primary Care Advisory Committee for the Georgia Memory Net. Engagement in the GMN PC advisory board affords opportunities for additional leadership for interested parties.
