PCP Advisory Board
PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER ADVISORY FOR GEORGIA MEMORY NET
We want you! The Georgia Memory Net (GMN) seeks Primary Care Providers (PCPs) to join our Primary Care Advisory Board (PCAB).
PCPs can offer Georgia Memory Net perspectives that will help us improve care for Georgians living with Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias. GMN seeks the advice, guidance, and support to through Primary Care partnerships. We elicit feedback on topics such as such as communications and educational offerings.
Each year, PCAB Members will be asked to:
- attend 4 one-hour quarterly meetings,
- respond to up to four online surveys (estimated time of completion is 5 minutes per survey),
- attend one of two free, in-person educational events (GMN Summit or PCP Symposium).
Several health systems, including Emory Primary Care, allow for incentives for leadership service on statewide boards. GMN will provide an attestation letter for completed service that can be used in support of incentive pay.
Please consider joining the Primary Care Advisory Committee for the Georgia Memory Net. Engagement in the GMN Primary Care Advisory Board affords opportunities for additional leadership for interested parties. Please contact Emma O. Matovu at [email protected] for more information.
